The sun is shining again and another good weather day is starting.  Hogan was out for his daily patrol of the yard and has now returned to assume his position on the dash so that he can "keep watch"!!

The last of the "new" subfloor in done.

Waiting for panelling

panelling is up...now needs stain

Counter is cut out to make room for the stove

More panelling up and John busy putting the socket
back into the wall.
The sub floor is now complete as the last of the damaged boards have been replaced.  I don't think I will ever forget the smell of cat pee!!  Now I can officially say that I no longer smell anything other than the scent of new lumber when I walk into the trailer.  Life is good!!
We got several panels up along the walls as well today although the going was a bit slow as John had to rewire several plugs ins.  Wiring always seems to take a lot of time as it is "piddly" work.  When we are done though, the trailer will have all new sockets and light switches and that is probably a good thing.
We called it quits for the night and I threw some bird seed out along with some dog food for the javelina.  It was time to relax.  John started a fire and we were joined by Kay and Mitch.  Mitch was not feeling all that well as he has a sore, hoarse throat and sounds like he should be in bed.  He did however stay for a few beers before heading back home.
Eventually everyone found their way to bed and I am thinking that there will not be anything done on the trailer tomorrow.  It could happen....but I truly doubt it!!
