I did a ton of work today in the trailer.  There is now several coats of varathane on the little half wall that separates the kitchen from the living room and there is another coat on the walls of the bedroom and another coat of gloss on the spare bedroom floor.  That spare bedroom is now officially DONE!!
This of course has taken me several hours to accomplish and when I was done sat outside and enjoyed what was left of the sun shine.
Ray and Kay took the day to go quadding and returned with their tales of the day.  It sounds like they had a good time although with the number of scratches that were all over them, I wonder!!  They apparently were bushwhacking through some pretty rough terrain and the trees made them pay!!  Kay even took one across the forehead so I am sure she was not impressed.  They did manage to access decent trail and were able to come home all in one piece except for the bruises and scratches!!  Maybe it was a good thing we stayed home and worked on the trailer.
With the sun going down, John started a fire and the four of us sat around it for a few hours enjoying the heat.

The cord of wood we purchased a few weeks ago is half gone so after Christmas we will be getting some more only this time I think we will get some mesquite which is more expensive but apparently burns longer and with less ash remaining behind.
Ray and Kay seen this on the ride
John purchased an infrared fire place from his favourite store....Amazon.com and it arrived today.   It was supposed to come in two packages but only one arrived.  That sucks but hopefully the other piece arrives on Monday and if I get enough layers of varathane down then maybe we can get it set up in time for our Christmas meal.    Maybe.....it could happen!!
