Another sunny morning has arrived and it is going to be another "hot" one today. Time for another quiet day I am thinking!!
Marilyn has been plagued with a "bad" back since she arrived here in Wickenburg and has been seeing the friendly neighbourhood chiropractor so hopefully that is helping her.
They arrived for happy hour, just returning from a trip to Stanton Ghost Town and we sat around watching the birds and the javelina. While sitting there, we decided to try out the Sizzling Wok. It is the local chinese food restaurant and neither one of us had been there before so off we went.
As it turned out, the food was great and we had enough leftovers for me for breakfast in the morning!! Ya, that's right.....for breakfast!! LOL.
Kay took second place tonight in Shuffleboard so some of the money did indeed come back to the park. We are planning to spend Good Friday in Box Canyon, hoping that not many other folks are heading in that direction. It should be fun and I am looking forward to it. So is Hogan, I am sure!!
We will take the bbq and some hotdogs and make a day of it. With that in mind, I headed to bed early so that I had plenty of rest for what will no doubt be a party hardy day tomorrow.
