We have a busy day planned as we need to get all the little things done up as tomorrow is the day we drive into town for supper and to say our goodbyes to our American friends.
John got the frame welded for Charlotte's generator and now it is sitting proudly on he bumper of the trailer and she no longer has to worry about heaving the heavy thing around. He did a good job on it.
I got the BBQ all cleaned and ready for travel so there is very little left to do now.
Being that the wind was still blowing, we took happy hour into the trailer and used the phony fire place. We have sure used that thing a lot this year so I am glad we bought it.
We ate supper in front of the TV and watched all the flooding going on back home. It is really quite ugly and there is still lots of snow to melt in some areas so the flooding is far from over. It is still chilly back home so we are hoping that it at least gets above freezing before we get there!!
