I slept in a bit this morning so am already behind!!  The sun is shining and it is warm outside.  There is a bit of wind again but that will only serve to cool one down if one chooses to sit in the sun working on their tan!!
The truck is headed into the welding shop today for its tie downs then I am hoping to take Hogan up to Box Canyon for a run so that he can chase the ball through the water and run on the soft sand.  Being Monday, there should not be too many other folks there.
The truck was dropped off then Hogan, Kay and I headed up to Box Canyon with the jeep.  As we thought, there were very few people up there and we quickly found a place in the sun, got the chairs out and sat and enjoyed the scenery.  Hogan played in the water like he was a puppy.  I think he loves these little trips "to the box".
We stayed for a few hours then had to head back to town where we stopped and picked up the truck on the way past the welding shop.  The work was done and now the truck is ready for a camper if we ever find one!!
When we arrived back at the park, it was time to feed the birds.  I was a bit late but there were a few birds around to enjoy the seeds.
Lorne and Marilyn arrived for happy hour and shortly after that, the javelina arrived for their treats.  Marilyn took more pics of then to send to her cousin.  The triplets showed up tonight and they are growing so fast.  It was nice to see them.
It was time to change the glycerine/alcohol solution in the tanning jar for the snakeskin and I did that while Lorne and Marilyn were here as Lorne wanted to see the skin.  According to Kay, it is coming along nicely.  One more week and it should be ready to stretch out onto a board.
Lorne and Marilyn left before the evening chill set in as they still needed to eat supper.  Once they left, Kay and I headed into the trailer where we played cards until it was time for both of us to head to bed.  Ray and John had called it a night after Lorne and Marilyn left but Hogan, Kay and I partied on!!  Woo Hoo.....Bitches be partying!!     Life is Good!!
