The sun is shining this morning and it is going to be another nice day.
Ray is headed out today for a ride with several family members as there are a group of them that want to head out today.  Many of them are not familiar with the area so Ray has decided to tag along with the group.  Kay had decided not to join them.
Her and I are headed down to the swap meet at Whitman to get the garlic chives we ordered last weekend for Ray's garden.  Hopefully we will not return empty handed but....that is exactly what happened.  The fellow forgot to bring them!!  WHAT???
We then returned home and Kay got busy on a set of wind chimes that we had found in the old shed.  They needed some polishing so out came the dremel tool and the polishing got underway.  It wasn't too long before she was done and they were shining.  Now, they just needed to be re-strung and that is where I took over.  It took a while but we soon had a functioning wind chime and we hung it in the tree beside Percy the Peacock.
It was getting close to 4:00 o'clock and we were expecting Lorne and Marilyn to show up for happy hour.  As expected, they arrived and it was good to see them again.
Ray arrived home shortly after their arrival and Mitch too made an appearance.  We all sat around chatting and enjoying the company.  Lorne and Marilyn are headed into Phoenix tomorrow where they will catch a flight to Mexico on Monday.
It was soon time for them to head back to town and with their departure came the lighting of the campfire.
I have had a craving for pizza for the last few days and tonight it was time to satisfy it.  John didn't really feel like cooking steak so,  pizza it is.  Mitch decided to stay and partake as well.
It tasted awesome and I am really getting to like Kay's "white sauce" pizza.  Of course I had to make a "red sauce" one as well!!
It was soon time to call it an evening but not before Kay and I decided to take Hogan back to Box Canyon tomorrow to play in the water.  Now that will once again be fun and wether or not Ray and John join us is yet to be determined!!
All in all, we had another lovely day, with us getting to spend some time with Lorne and Marilyn then finishing off the evening  with friends and food around the campfire.  What could be better???
