Another warm day is upon us and for that I am pleased. Once again, I really have nothing planned so it could be another quiet day spent enjoying the weather and just chilling with a cool one and chatting to the neighbours.
Kay and I did go downtown to pick up a few things in the grocery store. On the way there, we stopped at the Aztec to chat with Pat (the lady that manages the place). She is quite a character and it is always fun to spend some time with her.
We then stopped by the Seven Cedars property to remeasure the window blinds as Pat has decided to go with a cheaper version as the renters down here have very little regard for the blinds. There is no point in putting expensive blinds into these rental properties when they are virtually trashed by the time the renters leave.
With that being done. we simply enjoyed the rest of the day. The birds were fed and the javalina came for a visit. They have not been around for their usual treats so it was good to see them again. The babies are sure growing.
Tomorrow, we have decide to take the jeep out for a ride in the desert so that should be fun. Ray has to go with some of the "old guys" from his brother's RV park so Kay will be joining us. Should be fun so I had better get lots of rest!!
