Well, the sun is shining and it is scheduled to be hot today so I really must get into gear and get those plants moved.  Of course, like everything else that grows here in Arizona, they are "armed" with some sharp little spikes.  They look like aloe vera plants but ours in Canada do not have nasty little pokers!!
Once I get the coffee on board, I head out and start.  It is a very good thing that the ground is soft and there are not too many large buried rocks.  The whole process took a few hours but Kay helped and between the two of us we got the job done and now there is nothing in the way of the shed being moved.  Once the jeep is back from the repair shop, that will be the next thing on the agenda.
Kay wanted to  wash her truck so off we went and while in town, we stopped and got some more javalina food ans some more bird seed.  Gosh, I think I spend more money on the dog and the wildlife, than I do on John and I!!
Back at home, John has started on taking the fifth wheel hitch out of the back of the truck.   It was a nasty job requiring him to use the cut off wheel to remove the bolts holding the darn thing in the box.  Whoever installed the thing needs a swift kick in the arse!!
With all our jobs done for the day, John, Kay and I headed to the Rancher Bar for a beer.  Kay has not been in there since the renovations so we decided to get out of the heat and partake in a couple of afternoon refreshment.
Ray had left earlier this morning for a ride with some friends and we passed him heading back to the park as we were heading to the Rancher.  Kay text him and invited him to come for a cool one and after a quick shower, he arrived.  We stayed only a short time then headed back to the park where once again John got a fire going and we sat around it for the rest of the evening.  this is really becoming a habit!!    What a life!!
