We are both up early getting the bus ready for its 8:00 a.m. appointment. We had to pack some clothes and toiletries for a few days, hoping that the repairs on the bus do not take too long. The bed had to be dismantled and the mattress pulled off the bed and propped up in the kitchen. With all this being done, it was finally ready for the mechanics.
We headed out to the farm as we will be staying with Kim's parents while the bus is being fixed. Of course we arrived at the farm early and spent the day just relaxing. It is nice not to have to run around like a couple of crazy fools packing up. I even had time to take a relaxing bath - one of life's little pleasures.
Kim's parents arrived home from work and we soon were into a no holds barred game of kaiser. Gloria and I were stomped in the first game but rallied around and took the win in the second. Now the tie breaker needs to be played at some point before we leave.

Supper was awesome - ribs and rice and Mmmmm, so good. Bed soon followed for me. It has been a busy day. John of course, stayed true to his sleep pattern and did not hit the sheets until 2:00 a.m.
