Heading out

US 191 N

Your Limo has arrived

Naturally poor roads !

Our spot for the night

Trying to rain

Sask Sunset

Two fisted drinker!
It rained a little during the night but the sun was shining when I got up.  Hogan went out to do the perimeter check and since there were no deer to chase returned rather quickly.
We cross into Canada today and it will be good to get back home.   It is always nice to leave, to start our journey South but it is even better coming home.
We headed out with the wind blowing us around AGAIN!!  Boy, will it be nice to be able to just sit and not have to worry about road and weather conditions.  We saw tons of antelope today frolicking in the fields as we drove by.
We hit the Canada/US Border an hour before closing time and sailed through without any problems,  The border guard liked Hogan - but then again, who doesn't!!
We had a few pieces of wood in the trailer that we were hauling back for a campfire tonight and that is the only thing the guard had issues with.  He confiscated our wood!!  It was only five pieces and we were joking about it and said we would remember for next year and not bring any back with us.  As it turned out,  the place we stopped for the night  had five long 4X4 posts and we ended up cutting those up for tomorrow's fire.  The clouds have rolled in and it is looking like rain - actually starting to spit while we were cutting the wood.
Hogan was busy chasing birds and running in the puddles.  John got the tennis ball and racket out and hit the ball till Hogan was tired. He was totally wet when they were done and was soon shivering.  Time to go inside and warm up!!
We watched TV for a while, found out that Osama Bin Laden was killed and now a good portion of the terrorist organization is hopefully done with although there is always some other lunatic hanging around to take over for him and cause grief.
I text Jan to let her know we were back in Canada and will spend Wednesday with her as she is off that day.  Looking forward to seeing her - can hardly wait!!
