We are off today to go and check out a van John is hoping to purchase.  Since we have this trailer down here in Arizona there is no longer a need for us to be bringing this huge motorhome down.  He is wanting to downsize and is thinking about leaving the motorhome in Leoville for the winter and us living in it for the summer.  All sorts of decisions to be made.
The ad for this van said it was in "pristine" condition so we took the hour and a half drive to Chino Valley to see this thing and were quite surprised at the "pristine" condition.  I guess the creator of the ad failed to mention the dent in the side and the one in the back.  It was rather rough to say the least and not something we were interested in.  It was a drive for nothing but we managed to see some different scenery.
Before we left, John asked me what a gallbladder attack felt like.  He said he had a nasty pain in his gut during the night and actually had to get out of bed and move around.  From what he said, it sure could have been one.
One the way back from Chino Valley he mentioned that he was once again feeling poorly and was bombarded by waves of nausea.  At one point he thought we would have to stop so that he could vomit.   Yuck!!   He couldn't get home fast enough and once there, I drugged him with gravol for his nausea and buscopan for his colicky stomach pain.  He then went to bed and I did not hear from him again until 10:00pm when he awoke and said he still felt lousy but a bit better.
With John in bed, I went over to Ray and Kay's and visited with them.  It was an awesome evening and the three of us sat on their back deck and enjoyed a few beverages.  Ray was busy barbequing baked potatoes and ribs and they smelled awesome.  After several beverages, it was time for me to head back to the bus to check on the dead and dying.  John was still sleeping and at this point  I turned on the TV and spent a quiet evening watching a movie and falling asleep in the chair!!  Not the most comfortable position to fall asleep in.
John finally woke up and I made him a bowl of soup then headed to bed.  John sat up for a few hours then he too returned to bed in the hopes that he would feel better tomorrow.  With more drugs on board, it was soon lights out for him too.
