The sun is shining this morning but there are plenty of clouds in the sky so it looks like we will have clouds with sunny periods.  That is good if I have to go and get a load of wood today.   That is what is on the agenda for today but first we must hang around the bus until Ed and Deb arrive.  They are headed back to Alberta today.  Their "too short" holiday is over.  Man......time flies!!
The Alberta Crew arrived and were running late.  It is a long haul home for them so they stayed for just a short time then were once again, headed down the road.  Ed has to work tomorrow so he will be more than tired for that first day back.

The fence along the main driveway

The section between Gary and us.  The bird feeder
was made by my brother in law, Ron
Once they left, it was time to get started on finishing the fence.  I really was not in the mood to go get a load of wood so it turned out to be a fence day.
Before we were done, we had another section up so now the part between our neighbour Gary in now complete.
Gary arrived home and joined us for a refreshment and we chatted for a while before he headed home for supper.  Just as he left, Dave and Shirley arrived back from Saskatoon.  She had gone into the city to see the specialist about the "lump" near her eye.  The doc decided to excise it and send it off to pathology to see if was a skin cancer.  Shirley is now supporting about 4 sutures and will likely end up with an awesome black eye!!
It wasn't too long before they headed home but not before Dave left the TV wall mount he had bought for us.  We now can attach the fancy new TV to the wall in the man cave.
It was starting to get chilly out and it was supper time so we headed into the bus.  It was spaghetti and meatballs on the menu tonight and once that was done, we spent a quiet evening watching TV and relaxing.  Tomorrow, hopefully we get another section of fence done and of course there is that wood gathering that needs to be done!!   I had better rest up!!
