Heading out Sun

our welcoming committee

our spot for the night

It was chilly in the bus this morning and I am glad that we will be moving today.  Perhaps it is warmer in Billings!!  John talked to Charlotte the other day and she says it is warm where her and Keith are and is still too hot to return to the desert outside of Wickenburg.  Here I am worrying about frost on the windows and Charlotte is saying it is too hot in Arizona.  What an incredible country this is!!
We packed up and headed out of Roundup and took a rather round about way to get to tonight's camping spot.  After traveling six miles on a curvy little road we  ended up camping along a road  in an area used for target practise.  Because we were only a few mile outside of Billings, we waited for all the shooters to leave then set up camp.   As we were waiting for the shooters to leave, a welcoming  committee of cows came over to the fence and greeted us!!  Well poor little Hogan didn't quite know what to do - he was greatly outnumbered!!  The novelty soon wore off for the cows and they moved on, much to Hogan's delight as now he could relax - he had successfully protected the bus!!    It was quiet all night.
