Today, I met the owner of the shop property over at the town office for the transfer of title. Once this is done and our name is on the title, we will pay for the property and become the official new owners. While over there I asked about the regulations for fencing the property. We need to do this as I am pretty tired of worrying about Hogan getting off our property and scaring the town residents. There is also the issue with the boy's dogs. With an enclosed yard, there will not be any issues with any dogs that choose to visit us here in Leoville.

John has been wheeling and dealing on a new quad for a few days now and today is the day we are to pick up our latest toy. We headed to Pines Motorsports in Prince Albert. Here we picked up a two-up Can Am quad.
With the quad safely stowed in the back, we stopped at Walmart for a few necessities then headed back to Leoville.
Once at home, it had to be shown off to the neighbors and after all the oohhs and aahhs it went into the back of the trailer for the night. We have a quad date with Dave and Shirley for Saturday. First, I have to work a few days at the nursing home.
