It has finally quit raining and the sun is shining!! Woo Hoo!!
Jace and Kim stayed at the farm tonight and both of them came over for coffee and stayed for breakfast - bacon and hash browns.
It was a lazy day, and no one really had anything planned.
Jace unloaded his new plastic for his quad then set out to clean his quad from the last filthy rally him and Kim had been on.
I laid down and had a bit of a snooze and eventually joined everyone who had gathered for happy hour out on the grass enjoying the sunshine (that had not been seen for several days).
Casey came back out along with Tori and her sister Mackenzie and once again our family was together!!
Jace decided that he would start on getting the new plastic onto his quad and it certainly looked like a job that would take several days to do.
Gloria had made a huge pot of hamburger soup for supper and we all feasted until we were full. It tasted so good.
The cards came out and Bernie and I took on John and Casey in a game of kaiser. Of course Bernie and I prevailed but it was an ugly battle. Eventually, it was time for all to hit the hay and that is what was done.
Tomorrow I head to the dentist - lovely!!
