Well the sun is shining brightly this morning and it looks like it is going to be an awesome day. We really have nothing planned as this is the day after the night before and I don't think any of us is too eager to expend a lot of energy. This is Kay's only day off so it will be ok to just sit and relax. Life is Good!!
Kay and I had a few things to do today and after breakfast and showers, we were off to do a bit of shopping. We headed over to Costco in Spanish Fork then went to Walmart in Payson. Kay is going to make authentic tacos tonight for supper so we also had to stop at an "authentic" Mexican grocery store for the meat. There will be no hamburger in these tacos!!
With our shopping done, we headed back to Nephi and proceeded to relax for the rest of the day. There were several football games on and we certainly got our fill of them for the day!!
We forgot to fill the propane bottle up earlier today so quickly headed over to the Flying J to get that task complete. We saw several deer grazing in a nearby field on the way there so that was pretty cool.
The tacos were delicious. Kay actually grilled the meat on the bbq (says it tastes better grilled) and it turned out tender and very tasty. The meat was some sort of thinly sliced steak that the store marinates in their special spices. Mmmmm....
We spent the evening chillin in front of the TV. Kay headed to bed early as she once again has to work in the morning.
John and I headed out to the camper and I too headed to bed. I could hear my pillow calling me!!
