It was a bit chilly out this morning and I am glad that John took the time to put the two sacks of potatoes that Kay brought home in the trailer to keep them from getting too chilly. Hopefully the sun will shine on us again today.
Mitch is supposed to be coming for supper and a visit today so that should be fun. He is also bringing me a blue jean quilt that his sister made over the summer. I can't wait to see it.
Once again, there are two football games on today so we will be occupied for a few hours there.
Kay will probably be getting home just as the last one is finishing!!
The Riders are playing today so it will be interesting to see just where they finish in the standings. They could quite possibly cross over into the eastern division for the finals.
As it turned out, the Riders won their game, Mitch was too tired to come for a visit and so John, Kay and I had several refreshments, enjoyed the company of Carol and Kelly, ate an awesome supper and called it a day. Or, should I say, called it an early morning!! We all stayed up too late!!
