Today, Kay and I are headed to Provo, Utah so that she can return a pair of sunglasses that she had purchased before we arrived. She does not like the way they sit so it is back to the store for a return. We must remember to pick up some RV antifreeze today as well because her trailer lines need to be winterized tomorrow and then....we are Arizona bound!! Woo Hoo.....we are off to the warmer weather!!
Maureen (Bill's wife) dropped by this morning with some fresh made peanut brittle. OMG....now that is a bag of heaven if I ever did see one. She loves to make all sorts of candy and I must say, she is an expert when it comes to that!! She told us her brother in law is suffering from what sounds like end stage cancer and she may not be able to attend tonight's little get together. She will be travelling in to Salt Lake City later today and may not be back in time. We wished her safe travels and I gave her out little "goodie" bag which contained some homemade relish, beets and a package of goose jerky.
Kay and I then headed out to do our shopping in Provo. We got that done and headed back to Nephi. We got home in plenty of time to get the wings back into the oven for a quick reheat before heading over to the bar for our farewell get together.
It was an enjoyable evening and by 10:00 o'clock, we were back at the trailer. We all called it an early night.
