Today, the sun is shining and it is going to be a lovely day for a walk. Beef and I are determined to continue towards our goal of walking as many days as we can. We will both be in better shape by the end of the summer if we continue.
Once back at the bus, I decided to bottle the beer so, I got all the equipment I need and started. This is the easy part of making homemade beer. You simply add sugar and rack the beer into the bottles. Once this is done, we stored it in the trailer where it can sit for an month. Then, it is beer and juice time!! PARTY!!
We had another short visit with Shirley and Dave then it was time for game three on the Stanley Cup Finals. We ate fish and chips for supper and watched Boston kick Vancouver's ass with a score of 8 to 1. Wow, not cool Canucks!!
Jan was texting all through the game as she knows John is cheering for Vancouver. She is crazy and funny. Between her, John and the Vancouver Canucks, it was quite an entertaining game.
We spoke with Jace today and he told us that he bought a travel trailer to camp in. He seemed pleased and says he got it for a good deal. He wanted to know how to hook up his batteries and during the conversation, John asked if he wanted to buy the solar panel we have sitting in the trailer. He said he did so John told him what he needed to buy and he would help him hook it up on the weekend. I can hardly wait to see it. I am so excited for him.
The remainder of the evening is spent watching a documentary on the wolves in Yellowstone National Park and catching up on the blog. Now, it is time to go to bed - I have a walking date tomorrow.
