It was a cute little restaurant and had a ton of sports memorabilia inside. Very unique.
When we returned from town, we loaded up the cooler and headed back out onto the trails. With over 200 miles of trails, there really is no need to do any twice.
With the 50K Marathon being run along some of the trails we did yesterday, we stayed away from that area completely. We headed out into the back country not too far from the campsite and did a lot of the canyons and travelled along the spines of many of the hills. I really cannot possibly say too often that there are simply a ton of trails out in this area.
Kay and I got to see a coyote today and this has been the only "wildlife" we have seen. There have been a few birds flying about and there is also plenty of sign in the sand of deer and other small creatures but that is as close as we have come.
We got back to camp and let the cats out as once again, they spent the day inside. Mogley is really "bugged" by the sound of all the cars so hides out alot.
