This week was another quiet one!!  We have to save our energy for the weekend when Gold Rush comes to town.  The town gets very busy with all the increased traffic and people milling around at the fair.
The weather will hopefully cooperate but I am afraid that there is rain in the forecast.
Kay and I are certainly enjoying our movie mornings and we have seen some awesome ones.  Lots of true stories.   Booko settles on the couch in between us and seems to enjoy hanging out with us!!  He has turned out to be quite a cuddler but he snores!!  Rather loudly at times!!
Saturday found Kay and I in town, at the fair.  We walked around all the pavilions and bought a few things.  Kay came home with a new sterling silver pinky ring fashioned by a 3rd generation Navajo silversmith, a sachet of Lavender for Marilyn and bought a wine barrel stave that had a metal "mancave" sign on it.  She thought it would look good above the door to the mancave.  I bought a new hip purse and a "girl" sign for the mancave which said K + M's She Shed!!  John is REALLY going to love it!!  LOL  We walked around the fair for a few hours then headed for home.
A usual, we finished off the week with a campfire and of course, being Saturday, a steak!!  Life is good.
