Our time is getting short and we must start thinking about all the things that need to be done before we head South again this year. With the purchase of the truck and camper, the solar panels and the TV/Satellite system has to be transferred from the motor home to the camper. This is going to be a rather involved move and much of it lies on John's shoulders. He is going to be busy!!
We heard that Kay is out of hospital and since she is off work has decided to come visit for two weeks instead of the originally planned one. She will be arriving on the 18th of September at 10 o'clock in the evening.
There is lots to be done before she arrives and I was busy in the garden with pickles and beets. I made tons of relish and lots of pickles. The garden was pretty much cleaned out and I will have to make arrangements to have it rototilled before we leave.
Before we knew it, Kay's arrival was imminent…...
