It is so nice to sleep in and just relax. Mom is a pretty quiet landlord and goes about doing things on her own. She is pretty independent and I have to keep reminding her to call for help if she needs it. She has been on her own for a long time, and independence is a hard thing to lose - no matter what age you are. She is such a sweet lady and I know she isn't feeling well - but she is still making bread and getting ready for the father's day weekend when once again our peace and quiet will be shattered by the commoners coming to party and get wet and cold on the trails. I can hardly wait!!!
