The kids will be arriving throughout the day as the weekend is finally upon us. The Father's Day Weekend is here and the ride is tomorrow!! The day is spent tweeking the new truck and transferring equipment from the tracker to the samurai.
Bayne, one of the friends here in Leoville is heading to Cold Lake to bring his girlfriend back for the weekend. This will be the first time anyone has met her. She has heard several stories about all of us so I am sure she must be nervous meeting us for the first time. It is tough meeting a bunch of rednecks!!!
As the day progressed, all the kids but Casey arrived. No one heard from him so he must not be coming - too bad. He must have other fish to fry this weekend. I miss the little man though.
Bayne arrived back home with Gloria in tow - she seems quite nice but is rather anxious about tomorrow's ride. She has been quadding before but not to the degree that we do. She is not used to rides that last past a few hours. If nothing else, tomorrow will be interesting.
We all sat around the bonfire tonight anticipating tomorrow ...... hurry up and sleep!!!
