| We moved up the hill to a new spot |
Today we woke up to a bit of a dreary day. The wind was blowing like crazy and it was a bit miserable out. We are supposed to be going for a bit of a ride today but I am not so sure about the weather.
We are supposed to be moving to a different camp site today so as soon as we get into gear and if no one has come around to take it, we will be out of here and up the road a bit. As it turned out, the site was still available and we moved without too much trouble.
It was time to go for a bit of a ride and since it was going to be a short ride today, we decided to take Hogan. He loves to go but he is a bit of a bother as he sits on my knee for the whole day. Plus, he gets cold so darn easily that he has to have his jacket on!!
Anyway, the three of us headed out and were home within an hour as it had started to rain on us and no one was impressed by that!!
By the time we got back to the camper, it was raining like crazy and the wind was gusting bigtime!!
We headed inside and spent the afternoon playing crib and I will be glad to say that John has not lost his edge as he beat me two sets in a row!!
It continued to rain off and on for the rest of the day and evening and we simply hunkered down and enjoyed some TV. Life is good!!
