Sun shining but also a bit cloudy at times so it is a good day for John to finish putting the rack on the little truck. We went into the hardware store for some nuts and bolts needed to finish the job as the factory forgot the send some. That being done we came home and he quickly attached the rack and off we went in search of some wood for a fire tonight.
We stopped and said goodbye to another couple we met - also from B.C. as they are leaving tomorrow starting to head home. Tis the "time to head home" season down here and John and I will be following soon.
We found enough wood for a good fire and spent the rest of the evening relaxing and watching the dog "guard" the area from whatever vicious rabbit was around.
