Headed out - a large crane on the highway

Once again, we were on the road.  Forever onward and Northward.  North 191 took us to Vernal Utah and over the mountains that lie to the north.  We had travelled this road several times but the views never get old.   The scenery and again, the geological history is incredible.  There have been so many fossils found in this area that they have erected signs along the highway depicting which era the rock is from and what has been found.  It really is quite interesting.

Lots of snow in the mountains   -  none on the highway

We travelled out of Utah today and into Wyoming.   There is a cute little park in Eden Wyoming that is certainlyl good enough for an overnight stay and this was our spot for the night.  It was windy again so no bbq tonight either.   Jeez.....what is with that.  I am not used to cooking for days in a row!!
It was our 37th wedding anniversary today and I was cooking chicken!!  WTH!!  Oh well, it was good and now we have leftovers for sandwiches tomorrow.  And the bonus of the day was that I let John kick my ass in two games of Yahtzee!!  Happy Anniversary Honey!!
Booko is not too impressed with the site tonight as there is lots of traffic so he is corraled here in the camper,   I think he is missing the freedom of last night's spot!!
Well, each day we are getting closer to home so that is good.  A few more days and we will be back in Canada parked at the farm and hopefully, get to see the kids.
Life is Good!!

Our spot for the night, Eden, WY
