It was a quiet day in camp today.  John really had no ride planned and I am always up for a day of lounging and reading.  Hell, I could always stay in camp and catch up on my reading!!
Kay was busy with her reading as well - thank the Lord for the kindle and she also has her games on her Ipad so we were good to go.
The "boys" were flying again today and we got to see more "fireworks" as they were dropping whatever it was that lights up the skies again.   Cool to see for sure.
John and the cats slept in......no surprise there.   Corrina has not been feeling well the last few days so we are just in a "wait and see mode" with her.  We are not that far from Wickenburg and the vet so if need be, we can make a quick trip there to have her checked out.
It was a sunny day for the most part and both Kay and I started on our "tan"!!  Like she needs one considering she worked outside all summer!!  Me, on the other hand needed the sunshine!!
The day progressed into evening and once we decided what was on the menu for supper, we were able to settle down around the campfire.
Corrinna started to look a bit better so that was a good thing.  She still isn't up to speed yet but maybe tomorrow will be even better for her.
Moglie was out and about when we heard what we all thought could be a yowl of a cougar.  Moglie heard it too because he came shooting out of the dark, took one big leap and was in the back of our truck and up on the cupboards beside the solar panels.  He wasn't fooling around with anything he didn't know about.    John went out with a flashlight and saw a pair of "eyes

Another great day

" staring back at him and he said they were quite high off the ground so....maybe it was a cougar.  Lord only knows, there is enough food for him out here with the burros and deer around and the mountainous terrain would be right up his alley!!
Moglie decided shortly after that tp head into the trailer at keep his sister company.  We sat around a bit longer then John got to cooking supper and all of us headed in to eat.  It was a quiet and restful day.   Tomorrow, we ride.....        Life is Good
